Terms & disclosures

General website terms

By accessing or using the Consecrated Tax Solution website, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Disclosures.

The information provided on this website is intended for general informational purposes and to help visitors understand the services offered by Consecrated Tax Solution.

Website content does not constitute individualized tax, legal, accounting, financial, or business advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional guidance based on your specific facts and circumstances.

Use of this website, completion of an intake form, scheduling of a consultation, or submission of an inquiry does not automatically establish a client relationship or engagement with Consecrated Tax Solution.

A client engagement begins only after Consecrated Tax Solution has reviewed the requested service, accepted the engagement, and any required agreements, fees, documentation, or authorizations have been completed.

Services, Pricing & Engagement Terms

Consecrated Tax Solution offers tax preparation, tax resolution, tax return amendment, bookkeeping, business formation, consultation, and related professional services. The exact scope of services will depend on the client’s individual circumstances and the service selected.

Fees may vary based on the complexity of the work, forms required, documentation provided, time involved, service type, and any additional services requested.

Consecrated Tax Solution does not guarantee that every client will qualify for a particular service, refund, credit, tax outcome, resolution result, business approval, or other specific result.

Pricing, payment requirements, service scope, and engagement terms may be provided separately before work begins. Certain services may require payment in full, a deposit, installment payments, or other payment arrangements.

Work may be delayed, paused, or declined if required information, documentation, payment, signatures, or authorizations are not provided.

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information. Consecrated Tax Solution is not responsible for delays, penalties, interest, rejected filings, or other consequences resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, late, or withheld information provided by the client.

Tax Preparation & Filing Disclosures

Consecrated Tax Solution prepares tax returns based on the information and documentation provided by the client. Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information necessary to prepare and file their returns.

Consecrated Tax Solution may request additional documentation, clarification, or verification when necessary to satisfy tax-law requirements, professional standards, due-diligence obligations, or internal review procedures.

Preparation of a tax return does not guarantee a refund, specific refund amount, tax credit, filing status, deduction, acceptance by a taxing authority, or freedom from future examination, adjustment, or correspondence.

Tax returns may be subject to review, correction, rejection, audit, notice, or other action by the Internal Revenue Service or applicable state or local taxing authority.

Clients are responsible for reviewing their completed return before filing and for confirming that the information presented is accurate and complete.

Consecrated Tax Solution will not knowingly prepare or file a return using false, misleading, unsupported, or incomplete information.

Tax laws and filing requirements may change, and the treatment of specific items may depend on the facts and circumstances of each taxpayer.

Tax Resolution & Amendment Disclosures

Consecrated Tax Solution may provide tax resolution and tax return amendment services based on the facts, documentation, notices, transcripts, prior returns, and other information made available by the client.

Tax resolution services do not guarantee the reduction, removal, compromise, abatement, or elimination of any tax liability, penalty, interest, lien, levy, collection action, or other government obligation.

Tax return amendment services do not guarantee that an amended return will result in an additional refund, reduced balance due, acceptance by a taxing authority, or any other specific outcome.

Government agencies, including the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities, make the final determination regarding account adjustments, penalties, collection actions, amended returns, refunds, credits, and other tax matters.

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information and for responding to document requests, signature requests, payment requirements, and government deadlines.

Additional services, filings, representation, correspondence, or follow-up work may require a separate engagement and additional fees.

Bookkeeping & Business Formation Disclosures

Consecrated Tax Solution may provide bookkeeping and business formation support based on the information, records, goals, and documents provided by the client.

Bookkeeping services are dependent on the completeness and accuracy of the records supplied. Consecrated Tax Solution is not responsible for errors, omissions, penalties, reporting issues, or financial consequences resulting from missing, inaccurate, late, or incomplete client records.

Business formation assistance may include guidance with entity setup, registrations, EIN applications, organizational documents, compliance steps, and related business support. Consecrated Tax Solution does not guarantee approval of any business filing, registration, license, permit, EIN application, bank account, financing request, or other third-party or government action.

Business formation services do not constitute legal advice. Clients may be advised to consult an attorney, licensed accountant, or other qualified professional when legal, regulatory, ownership, tax-election, or other specialized advice is needed.

Government filing fees, registered-agent fees, licensing costs, state fees, and other third-party charges may be separate from Consecrated Tax Solution service fees unless specifically stated otherwise.

Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Consecrated Tax Solution requires payment according to the terms provided for the specific service selected. Fees may be due in full before work begins, require a deposit, or be subject to an approved payment arrangement.

Payments made for completed work, consultations, document review, preparation time, filing services, administrative work, or other services already performed are generally nonrefundable unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated in writing.

If a client cancels services after work has begun, the client may remain responsible for charges related to work already completed, time spent, third-party costs, filing fees, or other expenses incurred on the client’s behalf.

Deposits, retainers, or other advance payments may be applied toward services performed and may be subject to separate terms provided before payment.

Government filing fees, payment-processor fees, software fees, registered-agent fees, and other third-party charges may be nonrefundable once paid or incurred.

Failure to make required payments may result in services being delayed, paused, or discontinued. Consecrated Tax Solution may require outstanding balances to be resolved before additional work is performed.

Any service-specific cancellation or refund terms provided in a written engagement agreement, invoice, payment authorization, or service disclosure will control if they differ from these general website terms.

Appointments, Consultations & Communication

Consecrated Tax Solution offers virtual consultations and service-related appointments based on availability. Scheduling an appointment does not guarantee acceptance of a service engagement or a particular tax, financial, or business outcome.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for attending scheduled appointments on time. Missed appointments, late arrivals, or repeated rescheduling may affect service timelines and may be subject to any applicable scheduling or cancellation policy.

Consecrated Tax Solution may communicate with clients by email, telephone, text message, video conferencing, secure portal, or other approved methods for purposes such as appointment reminders, document requests, service updates, billing, deadlines, and other engagement-related matters.

Clients should not send Social Security numbers, tax documents, banking information, passwords, identification documents, or other sensitive information through unsecured email, standard text messaging, or general website message forms unless specifically instructed to use an approved secure method.

Response times may vary depending on tax-season volume, business hours, complexity of the request, and the nature of the service being provided.
